These Terms of Use describe the conditions that apply when you access and use Across Health Navigator365 products.
1. Introduction
Congratulations : you have been invited to become a user of one or more Products (as specified in the invitation mail you have received) developed and made available by Across Health NV (a Belgian company with its principal place of business in Ottergemsesteenweg-Zuid 808 B 332, 9000 Gent, Belgium and registered at the Crossroad Bank for Enterprises under number 0894 968 223 referred hereinafter as “We”, “Across Health”).
You will use the product on behalf of an organization (the “Customer”) to which Across Health has granted the right to use the Product for a certain term.
In order to access and use the Products, there are a couple of things you have to know and which are described in these terms of use. These terms are legally binding.
2. Privacy
In order to operate the products, We collect and process certain information about you. You will find all details about this processing in our privacy policy.
3. Proprietary rights and Grant of License
Across Health reserves all of its rights, title and interest with regard to the Products and any results thereof, including all of its related intellectual property rights. No rights or licenses in the Product or in any intellectual property right are granted to you other than :
- To use the Product for internal business purposes only and in accordance with any guidelines included in the Product.
- To download, copy or otherwise extract information and data from the Product for internal business purposes only. If said information and/or data (other than any content, data and information which you submit to the Product) is used in derivative works (such as but not limited to a presentation, a report, an electronic mail), the following statement will be used in generally acceptable font: “Source: Across Health NV”.
You agree therefore that you will not yourself, or through any other third party:
- a) Sell, assign, lease, license, sublicense, encumber or otherwise exploit (any part of) the Product;
- b) De-compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer (any part of) the Product or engage in any other activity in order to obtain underlying information that is not visible to the user in connection with a normal use of the Product;
- c) Use the Product for anything other than internal business purposes;
- d) Provide, disclose, divulge or make available to, or permit use of the Product by and to any third party without Across Health’s prior written consent;
4. Your account
4.1 You are at all times responsible for the security and confidentiality of the credentials (personal login and password) which allows you to access the Products.
4. 2 You shall immediately notify Across Health of any loss or theft of your credentials. In such case, Across Health is entitled, but not obliged, to block your access to the Products or to take other measures Across Health deems appropriate.
4.3 You shall not share your credentials to access the Products with other parties (including, amongst others, your colleagues)
You shall notify Across Health in case you would no longer be entitled to use the Products (for example because you have decided to terminate your relationship with the Customer).
