Jan (°1974) joined Across as a CRM manager in 2009, with an extensive background in operational business and project management for multinational corporations. Throughout his career, his hands-on approach and appetite for knowledge brought him valuable insights in the sales, service and marketing dimensions of Customer Relationship Management. Salesforce automation, performance management, customer loyalty, campaign management, customer analytics and system implementation are only a few keywords when trying to snapshot his career.
For several years, Jan has been working as Project Manager and Senior Consultant for BNV Consultants and Accenture. He acquired his local and international consultancy expertise through missions in the domains of customer centricity, business intelligence and CRM implementation challenges. The past few years, he has been involved in leading projects covering Sales and Service transformation, Business process redesign, KPI governance, and CRM corrective and evolutionary maintenance, for industry-leading companies in telecom, banking and utilities such as Mobistar, ABN Amro, GDF-Suèz.
Prior to this consultancy chapter in his career, Jan worked for a major European Telco operator in a wide variety of functions, with a focus on call centre management and optimization.
Multiple years as a business coordinator, process facilitator, acceptance manager and CRM project leader shaped his thorough sense of responsibility, his pragmatic and flexible approach to project management, and his vision on technology-related customer-centric projects, which certainly bring value to client projects.
From a leisure perspective, Jan is a genuine cosmopolitan and tends to find his inner-peace when gardening, occasionally city-tripping and admiring his little daughter, Louise.
