Equipped with a background in psychology, CX and healthcare communications, Silvia enjoys co-creating meaningful HCP experiences rooted in behavioural and quantitative insights.
As VP Global Accounts at Across Health, she leverages her 20-year experience as global client lead at healthcare creative and med comms agencies, where she looked after the development of medical education, brand strategies and engagement tactics for life science brands in every stage of their life cycle.
Silvia joined Across Health from the IQVIA Centre for Excellence in HCP Engagement, where she was part of a once-in-a-lifetime digital transformation process from traditional to omnichannel engagement impacting ~9,000 engagement specialists in 40 countries. Responsible for value proposition and content strategy, Silvia contributed to the transformation with best practices for channels and content, helped clients strengthen their value proposition, and delivered capability-building programmes for remote and hybrid reps.
Silvia holds a BA in Psychology from Purdue University (IN, USA) and a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University (NY, USA). Based in Milan, Italy, Silvia loves to savour the beauty around her, strolling in medieval villages, going to the opera house or driving in the Tuscan hills.
