Account Manager


Across Health, a fast-growing global leader in omnichannel engagement for the Life Sciences (CAGR of 17% since 2008 and NPS = 74), and proud to be part of PMG (Precision Medicine Group), is looking for eager commercial talent with 2-5 years of experience in Commercial (Marketing, Sales) and/or Medical, ideally combined with experience and/or a keen interest in B2B digital/omnichannel and a track record in consultative selling.

Job description
Our consultative commercial staff design, execute and optimize winning account plans for the short, medium and long term. They work at the global, regional and sometimes local level, partnering with senior existing customers as well as actively seeking new opportunities in the fast-accelerating space of omnichannel customer engagement.

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Has 2-5 years of experience in life sciences (commercial or medical), ideally at HQ level and in the physician engagement space, and either as a biopharma staff member or as a high-flying consultant to the industry.
  • Has a commercial flair and a strong appetite for consultative selling.
  • Is a master in strategic “land and expand” customer engagement, proposal writing and closing the deal, and ensuring continued customer success.
  • Works closely with relevant AH consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepares and (co-)leads workshops.
  • Is curious, team-oriented, agile, relishes ownership and evidence-based decision making, and has an outside-mentality.
  • Has a strong verbal and written command of English.
  • Is used to selected travel (average of 1-2 days/week pre-C19).
  • Can be based anywhere.

The candidate will be supported by one of the Account Team leaders to ensure optimal onboarding and targeted commercial coaching.
