Bruno, a senior consultant, helps clients create and implement evidence-driven marketing strategies pulling insights from advanced artificial intelligence techniques as well as cross-industry marketing best practices. He also applies AI into operational marketing in combination with marketing automation. Furthermore, he contributes to the development of the Across Health Navigator365™ using AI-techniques.

Bruno gained his experience in a variety of data-rich environments. As a data science lead, in the consumer goods sector, he actualised a multitude of AI-driven use cases generating personalised recommendations, forecasts and segmentations. Whilst in telecoms and retail banking he worked on state-of-the-art marketing projects that used real-time, fully automated decisioning that delivered multichannel, personalised customer experiences.
